Randy Miller took great care of me and my truck and trailer. He called two different mechanics to see who could get me back on the road faster, stored my trailer until the truck was repaired and made sure I had a safe place to wait. Great service!
We were traveling on I75 North when we started to have car problems. We were able to get to a rest area and called road side assistance. After some problems with our initial tow company, they called Nobles. Randy came out within 30 minutes after we spoke with him. He was polite and very professional. Didn't hesitate when we told him that we wanted the vehicle towed to our dealership in Mason, OH. If we ever have any problems we will certainly call them first. I would recommend him to anyone.
Unbelievably friendly, fast, and efficient service. After being broken down for nearly 5 hours and dealing with a previously nasty company, my insurance company sent Nobles Towing and Storage to the rescue and they got there quick; I wish this company had been dispatched to me from the very beginning. The weather was absolutely awful to be working in, but Randy kept a smile on his face, a positive attitude, as well as going above and beyond my expectations and what was required of him. I will be keeping his card close by in the event I ever require services in the future. Randy's kindness and positive attitude definitely turned my previous frustrations around and I was able to leave with a smile on my face and feeling at ease after dealing with such rudeness from the previous company. I cannot express how grateful I am to Randy and Nobles Towing and Storage! And I was provided with even more assurance of the service of this company after receiving a follow up phone call following the drop off of my vehicle. I got a flat on the way back home from the Gorge and had a guy that stopped and helped me. Was a real life saver and a genuine guy. Wish I knew his name.
